Transforming luck with LED enhanced cards

A fortune card you have to draw on to change your luck.

People tend to rely on fortune telling instead of taking action, but the ritual itself carries real anticipation and a sense of mystery. The question was how to keep that feeling, while nudging people to realize their luck is something they shape, not just receive.

The idea came from watching people draw on talisman paper while chanting, turning an intangible wish into something done by hand. That ritual became the model for the card.

Each card hides a circuit under a traditional pattern. Solving a small maze with a conductive pen completes it, switching the LED from the old fortune to a new one.

The cover carries the starting fortune. Underneath, brass tape and a button battery form the circuit along a symmetric traditional pattern.

An engaging VR game enhancing focus and attention skills

A three chapter VR experience that uses color and immersion to gradually sharpen attention, not through treatment, but through play.

Attention deficits are difficult to fully cure. In a fast paced digital world where distractions multiply, people who are highly inattentive are told to manage symptoms rather than build skills. The question was whether a game environment could actually train focus in a way that feels engaging rather than clinical.

The core idea is that color directly affects mental state. Green calms and relieves stress, blue boosts focus and cognitive performance, pink sustains steady concentration, orange activates energy and creativity. Each chapter of the game uses a different color environment to target a different attention state, starting easier and gradually increasing in difficulty as the player builds capacity.
